In some scenarios you want to work with some licenses in a centralized server (GeneXus License Manager) and have some licenses locally. This is possible and for this you must modify the Protect.ini file of the GeneXus directory (where the genexus.exe is).

There you have to add the lower part of the text that appears below, in that example it indicates that the licenses are taken remotely, except for Ignia (Product 150 version 17 or GeneXus 15).
